Protection of borrowers in the property field

In the case of consumer credit, the borrower has the right to withdraw during a period of 14 days as from the acceptance of their loan agreement offer. A loan commits you and must be repaid. You must ascertain your ability to repay the loan before making a commitment. In the case of a property loan, the borrower has a 10-day cooling-off period to accept the loan offer. The sale is conditional on obtaining the loan, and the vendor will need to refund any amounts already paid to the buyer in the event that this loan is not obtained. Subject to the acceptance of your application by Crédit Foncier.
